Kevin Costner has made a career out of playing some pretty rugged roles (Robin Hood, Dances With Wolves, Wyatt Earp, The Untouchables); so you would assume that in real life he’d drive an old pick-up, or ride a horse, or ride shotgun while a horse drove a pick-up. However, the man that made us all cry in Field Of Dreams (don’t start, you know you did) has a thing for luxury cars. He satiates this urge by driving around in either a $90,000 black Audi A8, or a $60,000 Audi Q7. Say what you will about the guy’s spending habits, but at least he’s brand loyal. He even bought his son a Q7 of his own. Strangely enough, his car purchases are actually really tame by celebrity standards, since it’s becoming extremely commonplace for people to spend upwards of $200,000 on one vehicle…that they never drive. He still has time to over spend, so I won’t give him too much credit until we see what he buys after his next comeback attempt (he’s got Django Unchained and The Man of Steel on the way).
