Lindsay Lohan is like a modern day Bily The Kid; not in the way that he was a folk hero, or the way he led an interesting life; just in the way that she keeps commiting crimes and somehow continues to allude punishment. Today’s Lohan-related crime story revolves around her being sued for a hit ad run accident she was in in 2010. The suit claims that Nubia Del Carmen Preza (yes; that’s her real name, and she’s not someone who reads the lotto numbers) lost wages and went through a ton of pain and suffering after Lohan hit her with her Maserati while she was crossing a street in September 2010. Okay, two questions: Why does Lindsay Lohan even have a license anymore? She’s been in rehab about nineteen times, and has violated probation more times than we can count. Secondly, how does she still afford a Maserati? She hasn’t had a paying acting gig in like three years.
