Angelina Jolie Buys Brad Pitt A Helicopter!

Okay okay, we know that it’s not a car; the helicopter-ish shape and propeller blades tipped us off; but that thing is a vehicle worth writing about! You’re looking at some pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie taking helicopter flying lessons, and we’re pretty sure that they were taking their lessons in a chopper similar to the one that she just bought the World War Z star as a gift. Yes folks, they’re so rich that despite all the money they give to charity, they still have enough left over to gift each other with $1.5 million flying machines. The Salt 2 star decided to get the Moneyball actor the lavish gift to go along with the helicopter pad that they have at their home in France and in honor of their recent engagement. We’d like to say mean things about the purchase right now, but these two are friggin’ humanitarians and they’ve adopted a small third world village, so if they want to blow some money once in a while, more power to them. Unfortunately though, we must point out that Brad Pitt has the same haircut as the captains of most girl’s high school softball teams, so maybe he should cut it for optimal helicopter-coolness; just a thought.

Brad Pitt Rides Pax Around In A Sidecar

Brad Pitt is awesome; we’re not going to try to say it any other way; Brad Pitt is awesome. First point of awesomeness is that he chooses to ride around not in a super expensive sport-bike or a ridiculously overpriced Harley, but in a Ural Tourist; a bike that cost him less than $15 thousand. The second reason that Brad Pitt is awesome is that he chooses to drive his son Pax around in the sidecare! Do you know how much more well adjusted we’d all be if our parents rode us around in the sidecar of a motorcycles like we were friggin’ Batman and Robin? Brad Pitt is an awesome actor (as has been seen most recently in Moneyball,Tree of Life, Coogan’s Trade, and World War Z), and he’s an awesome dad; if he and his son choose to become a Green Hornet-esque Asian/America crimefighting unit, we fully support them.

Sean Penn’s Mustang Is Pretty Awesome

You’d probably expect your average two-time Academy Award winning actor to be seen driving around in a Merceds, or a Bentley, or at least an Audi; but most two-time Academy Award winners aren’t Sean Penn. Always a bit dfferent, always a little rough around the edges, and always filled with a desire to do his own thing, the Gangster Squad, This Must Be The Place,and Milk star can usually be found driving around Los Angeles in his custom matte-black Mustang. Customized with a hood scoop, paint job, and rims; Penn’s Mustang is most likely the 5 liter V8 model, and we’re going to guess that he drives a stick, because an automatic just doesn’t seem to be Penn’s style. For someone of his standing, it’s really surprising to see him driving around in such a low-key muscle car, but it’s a nice change of pace, and it makes us like Penn a lot more.

Donald Penn’s Bentley

Being a Pro-Bowl Offensive Tackle for the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers has its perks; the main perk is that you’re a millionare, and- Donald Penn is taking full advantage of this perk, and his car shows it. Penn drive around the streets of Tampa in a brand new black, grey, and maroon Bentley Mulsanne. With the custom paint job, full package, and 24 inch rims, the Bentley cost him somewhere around $350 thousand. With its luxurious interior, v-8 engine, and top speed of over 180 miles per hour, the Mulsanne is quickly becoming the new choice amongst athletes who want a luxury car that they can still drive really unsafe in. It’s a great car, but we kind of think that athletes should be forced to drive vehicles that represent who they are on the field, so until Penn drives a bulldozer covered in spikes, we’re really not going to be full on board with his car choice.

Albert Pujols’ Sweet Fleet

When it’s all said and done, Albert Pujols of the St. Louis Cardinals might end up being known as the greatest player in the history of Major League Baseball. In his decade in the sport, Pujols has already won 3 MVPs, hit almost 500 home runs, has over 2,000 hits, gets on base almost every other time he comes to the plate; and hasn’t had an once of steroid related doubt cast on him. With a career like that, comes big money, and with big money, comes nice cars. Amongst the cars in Pujols’ fleet; there’s his white Lamborghini Murcielago, his black Rolls Royce Phantom, and his black Bentley. He’s thrown at least 20 inch rims on all of them, but hasn’t done anything otherwise to make them stand out, which we appreciate. In fact, it seems like his cars are a metaphor for him: high performance machines that don’t require flash to stand out. Good job Albert, and congrats on all the success.

Katy Perry’s Smart Car

Sometimes, a celebrity’s choice of vehicle surprises you, like if you found out that Ryan Gosling doesn’t ride around on a pegasus (the man is an angel, and angels ride pegasuses…go ahead, prove us wrong). However, other times, you find out that Katy Perry drives a pink Smart Car, and you say, “Yup, that’s about right.”. She did a nice little job detailing it, getting it 14” black and pink wheels, and a custom paint job. However, we can’t get behind her name being on the side of it. Maybe it’s just a decal for when she shows it at events, but if it’s not, than finding her just got a whole lot easier…and it was already easy, she lives with Russel Brand, that guy sticks out like a sore thumb at an elbow convention…that’s a saying right?
