Jason Statham might be our last action hero (not the Arnold movie…which sucked…but I still will watch any time it’s on), and his roles in The Transporter, The Killer Elite, and The Expendables proves it. The guy is balding, hairy chested, and looks like he bleeds whiskey; but he can jump kick a ninja with the best of them. With that said, I was borderline surprised when I found pictures of him driving around town in an Aston Martin DBS Volante. It’s a really nice car; valued at $265,500, with a 6.0 liter V12 engine, 510 horsepower, a sleek black paint job, and a black suede top; it’s just not what I expected. I kind of expected him to just power around town in an old Caddy, or an old Impala with a trunk filled with weapons. Maybe I live in a fantasy world, but is it too much to ask that the only real tough guy movie star that my generation still has; walks around armed, drunk, and committing felony assaults in the name of justice? Nice car, but I expected better Jason.
